Carp Lake Township - Recreation Building

 

Description	Construction of interior partition walls, ceilings and fixtures for two bathrooms, a mechanical room, warming space and ice rink. Minor modifications to the existing building shell will be required including the addition of insulation as well as installation of new plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. Cutting and patching of the existing concrete floor for wall footings and underground plumbing is also required.
